The Project

Parsons Corporation partnered with our team to redesign and develop a new career site focused on increasing user interaction and improving the overall job search experience. The existing site lacked personalization, felt fragmented across regions, and made it difficult for candidates to explore roles in a meaningful way.

As part of the design team, I developed one of the core design concepts and collaborated closely with a teammate to prototype the experience in Figma for client presentation and alignment.

Prototype

Three Parsons careers section mockups for US, Canada, and EMEA regions showing region headers, search bars, benefits, and related images including workers and cityscapes.

The Challenge

Parsons’ initial career site suffered from an unclear job search flow and a disconnected regional experience, which made it difficult for candidates to understand the company as a unified organization.

Working alongside our Consulting team, we set out to create a career site that reflected a “One Parsons” mindset. The project moved through several key milestones, including a discovery phase, a temporary one-page experience, and a full career site redesign—each stage requiring alignment across teams and iterative design refinement.

Wireframe

Four website layout wireframes with sections for hero headings, about, services, testimonials, featured projects, awards, events, FAQs, and calls to action.

The Results

By streamlining the job search experience and introducing a “Second Chance Page,” we encouraged candidates to continue exploring roles rather than exiting the site. Through market research, thoughtful UX decisions, and multiple rounds of refinement, we delivered a career site the Parsons recruitment team was proud to present to their leadership.

This project set the foundation for how our team approached future large-scale career site redesigns.
