The Project

At HireClix, I partnered with the NGA Talent Acquisition team to revamp their employer branding, developing a suite of creative assets including brochures, digital campaigns, landing pages, and large-format print materials.

The goal was to modernize the NGA’s public image and create cohesive branding across diverse channels.

The Challenge

Coordination hurdles arose from NGA’s client relationship with Deloitte, requiring complex approval workflows that often delayed deliverables.

Additionally, external factors like government shutdowns and shifting political directives forced rapid, reactive updates to existing materials while simultaneously pushing forward with new branding initiatives.

The Outcome

Successfully led the rebranding effort, producing a broad portfolio of assets including landing pages, Capitol One Arena advertisements, various marketing materials, 30-second commercials, and an Expo booth design.

The project remains active and adaptive, reflecting NGA’s evolving identity and operational challenges. My work helped position NGA with a refreshed, professional brand presence that resonates across channels and audiences.
