The Project

Dexcom partnered with HireClix to launch a hiring campaign for their new store opening in Mesa, Arizona. Collaborating closely with Consulting and Creative teams, I helped develop the visual direction and messaging for this employer branding initiative.

The Challenge

Dexcom had recently refreshed their brand, giving us creative freedom to push boundaries in recruitment marketing. My teammate and I explored multiple design concepts, balancing innovation with alignment to Dexcom’s evolving identity.

Work for Our Warriors Campaign

The Results

We presented three strong campaign concepts, landing on “Work for Our Warriors”—a forward-thinking idea that honors Dexcom’s clients, referred to as “warriors,” and highlights the meaningful impact of working there.

The campaign rolled out across diverse media including billboards, display ads, bus wraps, and flyers, resonating strongly with Dexcom’s Talent Acquisition team and setting a new tone for recruitment branding.
